What is home brewing?

Beer, brewed at home — measured, documented, obsessed over.

Home brewing is the craft of making beer on a small scale, outside any commercial brewery. We brew privately for ourselves, friends and family, treating an amateur hobby with professional rigour. Every batch is an experiment — grain bill, hop schedule, water chemistry and fermentation temperature, all logged so the next brew is better than the last.

Equipment we love

Full control over fermentation.

We run the full spectrum of Brewtools gear alongside our own DIY rigs. Our NEIPAs, hazies and lagers lean on pressure-capable unitanks we couldn't work without.

Made for love, not profit.

Brewairy is a non-commercial home brewery. Nothing on this site is for sale — no beer, no cans, no kegs, no pours. Every batch is brewed privately for ourselves, friends, and family, under the rules that apply to home brewers where we live. Thanks for respecting that.
